Crack and Joint Repair
Cracks and Joints in the asphalt should be repaired as soon as possible. Moisture and other elements can seep into these cracks and deteriorate the sub-base. Ultimately this will result in additional cracking and possible pot holes. Crack and joint repair is one of the first lines of defense in preventative maintenance. We recommend seal coating the asphalt after repairs. Seal coating after the repairs will not only be more aesthetically pleasing but it will further protect these areas.
